This is helpful because it will often encourage employees to be more  productive by instilling in them the want and drive to work harder and  accomplish more.</p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Generally, this comes in the form  of a motivational speaker, who will deliver a speech or run a workshop. This can  be beneficial, both to employees and employers. A speech or workshop will  inspire employees, if the speaker or leader is able to connect with them, but  the results are usually quite temporary. When the speech or workshop fades from  the memory of the participants, the lessons essentially disappear. When those  lessons are lost to memory or time, the benefit of the motivational speech is  gone.</p>
